When the dead walked in mockery and sorrow clung to the living, Vitae answered through the Priest's raised hand.
Grace was not fragile kindness, but a force that named corruption, banished it, and carried mercy with a blade of light.
Thus the sanctified were taught to smite, exorcise, and call wrath only where healing alone could not restore the way.
For mercy is not weakened by judgment when judgment clears the path for life.
